Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Forever Beauty Med Spa (“we,” “us,” or “our”) has established the following cancellation policy to ensure efficient service and proper scheduling for all our clients. By booking an appointment with us, the client agrees to the terms of this policy.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients must notify any cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

• If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours before the appointment, a $100 fee will be applied.
  
  

2. No-Shows (Missed Appointments)

• If a client does not show up for their appointment and does not cancel in advance, it will be considered a “no-show,” and a $100 fee will be applied.

• This fee will be automatically charged to the card registered at the time of booking.
  
  

3. Late Arrivals

• A 15-minute grace period is granted for clients arriving late to their appointment.

• If the client arrives after this time without prior notice, the appointment may be canceled, and the $100 penalty will be applied.
  
  

4. Exceptions to the Penalty

• The cancellation or “no-show” fee will be waived in the following cases:

  • Medical emergencies (with prior submission of a medical certificate).

  • Severe weather conditions, such as snowstorms that prevent safe travel to the spa.
    
    

5. Cancellations by Forever Beauty Med Spa

• Forever Beauty Med Spa rarely cancels appointments and only does so in cases of emergency.

• Refunds, credits, or discounts will not be offered in the event of cancellation by the spa.
  
  

6. Appointment Confirmation

• An appointment reminder will be sent 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled date.

• These reminders will be sent via email, text message, or WhatsApp.
  
  

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Procedure

Clients can notify cancellations or rescheduling through the following means:

• Replying to the appointment reminder email.

• Sending a text message.

• Through WhatsApp.
